Augmented Reality
Augmented Reality takes the physical environment and augments the elements that exist within it. It presents an augmented version of the actual reality. 1st grade - 5th grade students have been exposed to 3 different sources of creating and viewing augmented reality. Below are pictures of their experiences with these new technologies.

Go to colarapp.com to find pages to print. There are some pages that are free, and some which have a fee. Print your selected pages and color them with crayon or colored pencils, not markers. On a smartphone or tablet get the colar mix app. View the colored pages with the app.

Go to chromville.com to find pages to print. Print your selected pages and color them with crayon or colored pencils, not markers. On a smartphone or tablet get the chromville app for free. View the colored pages with the app.
Aurasma
Students have been creating and viewing augmented reality using Aurasma. Students have attached their videos to pieces of reality. When their image is scanned with the Aurasma app their videos appear.
